I am a former student of Indiana University, which is 975 miles from small hometown of Hopkinton Massachusetts, planning on pursuing a degree from the Kelley School of Business in supply chain management along with a co-major in data analytics. I am more than excited to enhance my skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Rstudio, and Python so that I will be very well prepared for the technology side of the business world.In the workplace, I strive to create a positive work environment for my Co-workers and me, so that in the group we have great cooperation and emphasize inclusion so tasks are done efficiently along with exceeding expectations. I highly value cooperation in addition to being respectful and kind to others, so that people feel like they are being actively listened to and understood. Also, feeling included is a key quality of a positive work environment that I actively advocate for so that co-workers feel satisfied with what they want to achieve and feel like they can express their ideas without being rebuked.I have many well-developed strengths such as group work, conflict resolution, and interpersonal communication which I have gained through my experiences of being a Camp Counselor for five to seven-year-olds and befriending foreign exchange students from several different countries as the Vice President of our school's Ambassador Club. I hope to develop these strengths even more on the tech side of the business along with my values to complete my goal of having a job where I can travel and bring people together to make the world a better place.
