Amplio works to equip new refugee employees for success in the American workplace, through connecting them with well-paying, dignified jobs and supporting them in their employment journey. We bridge the gap between global workers and local companies. We pursue communal restoration for new Americans through redemptive staffing. As a Recruiter and Consultant, I live in an area of Dallas with a high population of refugees, seeking to love, serve, hire, and make disciples by living and working alongside our neighbors/candidates. This includes interviewing, onboarding, on-site employee care, and in-home hospitality.
