Designed and developed the company product, organized and implemented operating procedures and created inventory/shipping process flow. Oversaw operations flow and worked directly with every customer as a project manager.

Was a member of the construction services team. With zero experience, took over the material takeoff process and spent time doing project management. Also handled post sale customer satisfaction.
