Office Administrator
Current-Accurately record and manage all financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.-Perform regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.-Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.-Process invoices, payments, and collections, maintaining organized records of all transactions.-Calculate and distribute employee salaries, including deductions and taxes, while ensuring compliance with labor laws.-Utilize accounting software Sage 100 for data entry, reporting, and financial analysis.-Work with management to develop strategies for financial improvement and cost reduction.-Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive financial information.-Provide training and oversight to junior bookkeeping staff or interns.
