Jacob is a law student studying tax law, transfer pricing, compliance, EU law (incl. GDPR, AI Act, & ESG regulations), and cross-border transactions.They are a recent graduate from Cornell University’s MPA program, where they studied economic & financial policy, corporate policy, and corruption policy. During Jacob's undergraduate years, they studied comparative and behavioral economics with a focus on Eastern European & post-Soviet economics, a fascination for which they have retained, driving ongoing research and analysis. In addition, they recently worked on AI and machine-learning related securities issues at the SEC, stimulating an interest in the uses of innovative technologies.Jacob's hobbies include reading fantasy novels, cooking & baking, and going on long runs.
