● Support new product launches from concept through production launch ● Procurement of engineering samples, prototypes, and pre-production materials● Develop/Maintain relationships with project team to ensure smooth launch● Manage pre-production part schedule● Ensure suppliers are clear on product launch deliverables and part submissions (PPAP/FA)● Organize/conduct team meetings to ensure communication of project concerns/changes● Maintain inventory accuracy through ERP transactions and ECO/Part revision changes● Responsible for request for quotes and assisting in supplier selection of part production

● Operates automatic and manual chemical process equipment of varying complexity in various production processes in accordance with operating procedures● Train new Operator/Operator Assistants as needed● Read and Analyze batch records● Maintain correct inventory and correct batch status checks using SAP● Complete Assay Records in the production lab to verify reaction completeness and critical variable guidelines● Accountable for safety, quality, housekeeping, and proper care of equipment in work area● Perform quality control analyses as required to complete in-process batches and identify variations● Conduct everyday activities within the guidelines of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP),Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Pfizer Company Values
