I am in charge of formal and informal grievances within the fraternity as well as with the police and university. As standards chair, I manage communication between the organization and the school if there is a problem with the behavior of active members. I believe my involvement in this position has made a very positive impact by being a respected and well-known member of the organization as well as my ability to communicate effectively and efficiently.

I spent the summer with Molex learning how to operate and succeed in a business environment and expanding real world skills. I worked on projects surrounding market research and potential, cost engineering, and tele communications

Spent my most recent summer working at MidWest Watersports selling high-end equipment and assisting in the shipping department fulfilling 250+ orders per day within a team of just 2-4 people. Did my best every day to boost morale and maintain productivity through teamwork and collaboration. I also made an impact by helping customers find the right equipment for their age, skill level, and goals by asking the right questions and sharing my expert knowledge and opinion.
