Satellite Vehicle Test Ops Technician for Lockheed Martin Space.

• Working on TERMINAL HIGH ALTITUDE AREA DEFENSE (THAAD), NEW PRODUCT DEVEOPEMENT (NPD) and other MISSILE DEFENSE AGENCY (MDA) Programs. Following all proper Test Procedures to perform Electronics Environmental Testing on all related products from beginning to final level assembly in a Manufacturing Environment. Prepare test setups using Automated Test Consoles (ATC), Thermal Chambers and Vibration Systems which are used to simulate extreme scenario testing. • Completed Kaizen Training for the THAAD program, relating to continuous improvement methods. • Experience with handling of High Energy Lasers, and Fiber Optic Cable Assemblies, which are used in day-to-day activities. • Ability to use Digital Multi-Meter, DC Power Supply, Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers. Function Generators, Laser Diode Drivers, LCR meters, common hands tool, etc. • Prepare all Final Acceptance Test Documentation for the Customer and Government (DOD), to meet their requirements.• As a team, we are responsible for managing the schedule for my specific programs and commit to the monthly shippable units for their on-time delivery at a high quality. • Work closely with Electronics Test Engineers to do Failure Analysis, Rework of those failed units, and other related troubleshooting. • Assist Design Engineers in generating Newly Formed, Customer Program’s/Test Processes, as well as revising older Test Procedures into new versions. • Experience with Aegis Computer Software (Testing Processes), Agile (for Document Control), Non-Conformance Reports (for Test Failures) and other related Electronics Test Data Matrix’s.

• Performed Initial Functional Testing on Commercial Aircraft Instruments such as Digital Flight Data Acquisition Units (DFDAU) and CMU Mark III’s to be recertified for airworthiness. • Processed final service reports and test data, which would be transferred to Quality Engineer for final inspection and processing to be returned to Commercial Airline Customers. • Assisted Design Engineers in Repair & Rework (R&R) for all test failures.

• Prepare store for proper accommodations during opening hours. Managing the team and all daily operations such as Reserved Party Events, Food Delivery/Prep, and Employee Duties and Schedules.• Trained at multiple locations (Gilroy CA / Concord CA / Dublin CA) to improve my skills and services, while assisting in that stores day-to-day efforts.

• Responsible for managing, distributing and selling parts and equipment that are necessary for the repair and maintenance of automotive vehicles while providing excellent customer service. • Restock Hub Store inventory as necessary. Assist customers in OBD2 Diagnosis’s, Car Battery System Checks as well as replacements of Headlights, Windshield Wipers, Car Batteries, etc.
