Prepare test setups using Automated Test Consoles (ATC), Thermal Chambers and Vibration Systems which are used to simulate extreme scenario testing. • Completed Kaizen Training for the THAAD program, relating to continuous improvement methods. • Experience with handling of High Energy Lasers, and Fiber Optic Cable Assemblies, which are used in day-to-day activities. • Ability to use Digital Multi-Meter, DC Power Supply, Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers. Function Generators, Laser Diode Drivers, LCR meters, common hands tool, etc. • Prepare all Final Acceptance Test Documentation for the Customer and Government (DOD), to meet their requirements.• As a team, we are responsible for managing the schedule for my specific programs and commit to the monthly shippable units for their on-time delivery at a high quality. • Work closely with Electronics Test Engineers to do Failure Analysis, Rework of those failed units, and other related troubleshooting. • Assist Design Engineers in generating Newly Formed, Customer Program’s/Test Processes, as well as revising older Test Procedures into new versions. • Experience with Aegis Computer Software (Testing Processes), Agile (for Document Control), Non-Conformance Reports (for Test Failures) and other related Electronics Test Data Matrix’s.
