As a Chapter Consultant at Pi Kappa Alpha International Fraternity, I supported the growth and development of chapters across the country. I collaborated with chapter leaders, alumni, and staff to provide guidance, training, and resources on various aspects of fraternity operations, such as recruitment, retention, risk management, and leadership development. I also facilitated workshops, monitored progress, and evaluated performance to ensure compliance and alignment with the fraternity's vision and values.I graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a degree in Sports Business, where I gained valuable knowledge and skills in marketing, management, and analytics. I applied these skills as a Battle Red Marketing & Events Ambassador at Houston Texans, where I helped create and execute marketing campaigns and events to enhance fan engagement and loyalty. I am passionate about pursuing a career in the sports industry, where I can leverage my skills and experience to contribute to the success of a dynamic and innovative organization.
