• Responsible for implementing Lean tools such as VSM, 5`s, Standardized Work, Kanban, in order to optimize production efficiency in the value chain (raw material / finished product) of V6 and V8 heads for GM, Chrysler and Ford products. • Assigned to a special task force that redeployed 800+ headcount by implementing standardize work, balanced operations. The end result was 0.5M usd in hard savings.
