As a commercial claims specialist 1 I have assisted Members with their claims experience while continually gaining knowledge of the commercial policies. I have handled business auto and business owners policies; in April I became a Business Owners Policy (BOP) back up and in July a full time BOP team member. In February I took over as the dedicated account representative position for one of our large accounts and handled the transition seamlessly and have partnered with this large account to strengthen the relationship while simultaneously expanding my claims and coverage knowledge. With the large dedicated account I have also partnered with the level II adjuster(s) to keep informed on files and to assist any way possible.
