As a Project Manager within the Operations and Administration business unit at PCI Enterprises, I oversee various financial, operational, and administrative projects. I aid in strategic planning through data analytics and drive projects that result in major cost savings and efficiency boosts. Collaborating with multiple teams, I aid in facilitating growth and drive change within our organization's vast network of marketplaces through BAS initiatives and strategic data management.Working alongside dedicated professionals, we are committed to delivering high-quality decorative millwork products to retailers and customers alike through hard work, change, and growth through innovative solutions and integral leadership.During my academic journey, I focused on strategy, startups, and entrepreneurial growth, aligning with my Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Management degree. I graduated with a BBA from the University of North Texas' G. Brint Ryan College of Business in May 2024. Along the way, I undertook coursework in Strategic Business Planning, Entrepreneurial Planning, Lean Startups utilizing the Business Model Canvas, Organizational Structure and Behavior, created a business that partnered with a nonprofit 501(c) organization, and other pertinent subjects and projects.
