As a Project Manager within the Operations and Administration business unit at PCI Enterprises, I oversee various financial, operational, and administrative projects. I aid in strategic planning through data analytics and drive projects that result in major cost savings and efficiency boosts. Collaborating with multiple teams, I aid in facilitating growth and drive change within our organization's vast network of marketplaces through BAS initiatives and strategic data management.Working alongside dedicated professionals, we are committed to delivering high-quality decorative millwork products to retailers and customers alike through hard work, change, and growth through innovative solutions and integral leadership.During my academic journey, I focused on strategy, startups, and entrepreneurial growth, aligning with my Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Management degree. I graduated with a BBA from the University of North Texas' G. Brint Ryan College of Business in May 2024. Along the way, I undertook coursework in Strategic Business Planning, Entrepreneurial Planning, Lean Startups utilizing the Business Model Canvas, Organizational Structure and Behavior, created a business that partnered with a nonprofit 501(c) organization, and other pertinent subjects and projects. These experiences have greatly enhanced my knowledge and skills, preparing me to excel in various business environments.My ultimate goal is to combine my passions with my work and add value to other's lives through the innovation of products or services that enhance experiences, eliminate pains, and improve efficiencies for individuals.
