- Responsible for implementing & maintaining creative brand compliant physical/digital visuals for all 6 San Diego branches (Ecke, Mottino, Palomar, Davis, Cameron & McGrath) - Developing & implementing visuals for all major fundraising initiatives, including postcards, banners, invitations, posters, apparel, brochures, interactive & digital marketing pieces.- Responsible for keeping all visual pieces in compliance with the new brand guidelines, as well as redesigning, creating and maintaining new brand compliant facility signage and environmental designs.- Responsible for designing & setting up our extensive 20-50 page program guides. We run 3 of these a year all of which highlight the many programs we offer including pricing/scheduling details. - Took the initiative to develop, launch & maintain our home branches online social media presence. - Took the initiative to create & develop video content across all 6 branches to help create online awareness & further reach. When I was first brought on, they had no video content & no one providing these services. - Maintain several program webpages, as well as on location TV & fitness equipment advertisements across all 6 branches with weekly updates & other pertinent information for our members.

• Head out the design & development process on all projects from start to finish, including but not limited to, websites, apps, branding/corporate identities, product packaging, physical & digital promotional materials, & music/video production • Met & exceeded the challenges of working to create standout designs for clients on all scales of the financial spectrum • Produce, Mix & Master across a range of musical genres

• Spearhead project management from it’s conception, through development & execution • Determine how best to represent a concept or campaign visually, including selecting which photographs, art, and/or creating other original design elements to use • Develop the overall look or style of brand identities, print or web publications, product packaging, or an advertising campaign • Supervise a design staff throughout a project’s entire process, coordinating activities across other artistic and creative departments, while demonstrating leadership & setting clear timelines & goals, to keep micromanaging to a minimum • Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by other staff members • Converse with clientele to develop an artistic approach and style that best suits their needs, and/or desires • Develop detailed budgets and timelines • Present designs to clients for approval
