Projects included: Acquisition of $8,500,000 private property for District of Columbia Public Schools, and a long term ground lease and infill redevelopment of a 10.28 acre site in SE DC. Led and consummated a 60 year ground lease with KIPP DC, a charter school operator that guaranteed a capital commitment of $85,000,000 to build a new college prep high school and community center with job training.• Worked with architects and civil engineering firms to determine scope, budget, and design documents for leasehold improvements and capital improvements projects for DC owned assets. Provide feedback on optimization for District operations best practices.• Worked with legal counsel to prepare leases, purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, amendments, renewals, abstracts, and various documents that require District Council approval.• Routinely worked across functional agencies and 3rd parties to deliver a quality work product.• Disaster response: Worked with D.C. Mayor’s office and the Health Department to implement Covid- 19 education literature to disseminate to portfolio and created a cleaning protocol of high contact surfaces in portfolio. Rapidly vetted and processed vendors for deep cleaning projects where Infections were reported.

Executed the site selection and acquisitions strategies in Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia for a $105 Billion in annual revenue grocer. • Defined trade areas and originated purchase and lease opportunities based on the company’s investment and demographic parameters. Responsible for the acquisition and entitlement of 7 Lidl locations worth a completed value of over $45,000,000. • Completed over 50 site feasibility studies, due diligence reports, and entitlement timeline estimates that were packaged into investment proposals for Lidl International Board approval.• Project managed third party consultants including: land use attorneys, engineers, consultants, and developers, to successfully move deals through the various phases of the design, and entitlement process.•Train new analyst and managers on effective site selection strategies. Create reporting documents to effectively communicate new deals and transactions in various stages of the pipeline.

Virginia Community Capital is a state chartered Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) and banking entity with assets of over $120 million.• Responsibilities involved expanding the banks regional footprint from Richmond, VA to Northern Virginia by building out the commercial lending products for the rapidly expanding community bank. Originated annual loan volume of $8,000,000 through:* Real Estate Lending (affordable housing and commercial) * Machinery and Equipment loans* Lines of Credit based on Commercial Property* Refinancing

The Financial Services Corporation (FSC First) is state chartered Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) and banking entity with a $100 million loan impact. • Originated working capital loans, accounts receivable financing, real estate loans, mixed used projects, hospitality financing. • Created program materials and vetted applicants for a $50 million dollar Economic Incentive Loan program for Prince George’s County. • Maintain successful banking relationships that leverage public and private funds to stimulate investment. • Program manager and workout solutions specialist for government contract financing program
