This included developing a passionate ecosystem of intentional teams driven towards excellence to support D2C, B2B, retail, and wholesalers. As a leader I’ve enjoyed the opportunity to launch a wide product assortment; from medical instruments, to food service appliances, and eCommerce & retail products. I focus on building brands intentionally differently, building from the edges and seeked to market and sell to early adopters, community artists, and industry disruptors that would allow for products to breathe life into categories that otherwise were dead. My goal is to lead brands that want to successfully position themselves on their company WHY, cultivating teams, elevating customers + experience, and product disruption. Priority of mine is creating and living brand culture that will build brand equity and sustainable financial results. My mantra has always been, it’s not what you do that matters, but rather WHY you do it, and whom you do it with that matters most. Today's success is predicated on increasing market share through enhanced social media marketing, innovative customer experience and differentiating product innovation. Intentional + shareable content curation and frequency are leading factors, while creating a compelling vision + strategy that drives sustainable profitability and market share growth. Brands must have intentional “team” talent, differentiated product and branding, channel strategy, marketing + social media positioning, and brand culture.
