I am an IT and customer service professional with a number of years in customer support across a myriad of user platforms and programs.Additionally I have done no small amount of clerical work and data entry. I specialize in communication and have a deft handle introubleshooting and conveying ideas in both spoken and written form.I currently work at the Cedar Rapids Public Library as a Customer Service Associate where I spend much of my time planning and implementing programs for young adults. I have provided customer service and technical support to patrons and coworkers.I have previously worked as a contract computer technician where I developed skill sets involving troubleshooting software and hardware, as well as general security.I am a self-motivated, intelligent communicator who is relentless when it comes to solving problems. I am good-natured, better humored, and capable of effectively approaching problems with creativity and enthusiasm.I graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in English Literature and Japanese, which included a year of studying abroad.
