I am proficient with creating and reviewing technical OSP designs and construction management. I currently manage the MDU OSP Design group, providing QA and training to junior designers in the development of fiber access designs. I also manage all permit submissions required in the design and build stages for fiber optic networks, again providing QA and training to junior designers. I am a reflective listener and I am patient in working through difficult issues including technical, conceptual and interpersonal issues.I am very proficient in Microsoft (MS) software products such as Excel, Office, and Visio. I am familiar with using Autodesk products including Civil 3D to prepare computer-aided design (CAD) drawings. I also use GIS software (QGIS) for FTTH designs. I am quick to adapt to new software programs as needed.
