My background in Entrepreneurship, Management and Business Analytics has played hand-in-hand with my passion for science and technology, pertaining to Biochemistry, Synthesis, Pharmaceuticals, Vaccines, Cell & Gene Therapy, Bioinformatics and Process Design. Having had the pleasure of seeing the Nano sequencer first-hand and my in-depth dissertation in the ‘Ex Vivo Molecular Profiling of T-lymphocytes in the Lamina Propria of IL-10 KO House mice as a model in the study of Therapeutic targets for Inflammatory Bowel Disease’, I believe the future of medical treatment lies in our understanding and application of Bioinformatics and data science in rationalising an enormous gene pool of genotypes into discrete categories in parallel to maximising complementarity with current treatments. By utilising the projected increase in the affordability and optimisation of genomics and expanding structural biology techniques, the scientific community is opening a new era of Medicine that I believe enables a stable platform towards personalised and exponentially improved medical care that accommodates everyone’s individual genetics. My experience in cell and gene therapy has shown how the gap between diagnostics and treatment is evermore closing and the important in: efficient, sustainable and eco-friendly process designs as the fundamental keys to streamlining medical treatments as well as the importance of computer programming and technology in automating these processes to truly ensure the new era of Medicine. My vision and passion is to bridge these disciplines and ideas together, integrating a new way of ensuring quality care and advanced therapeutic methods.I have a long history of outstanding work ethic, committing to my team and willingness to make extra significant sacrifices for the best of my team, project and/or patient.
