Collaborate and assist with business entities and their Business Continuity and Crisis Management (BC/CM) Programs to include: Business Impact Analyses, Life Safety, Training and Vendor Assessments, BC/CM Planning, Exercises, and After-Action Reviews.

I was the lead Business Continuity Administrator for TransUnion's Domestic and International Business Continuity Program. Transunion's Business Continuity program addresses business process recovery and emergency response management.I collaborated with cross-functional teams and multiple business units to ensure integration and compatibility to TransUnion's Business Continuity Program including common response, priorities and planning efforts.I worked with all TransUnion business units both domestically and globally to ensure the annual Business Impact Analysis (BIA) correctly identified the most critical business processes and their Recovery Time Objectives (RTO's). If there were any gaps between the RTO's and TransUnion's technology Recovery Time Capabilities (RTC's), I would work with both the business and technology to remediate these gaps. In addition, I annually obtained senior executive management approval of their BIA's.Annually, I worked with the business units to ensure their business continuity plans were reviewed, updated as needed and approved by senior management. I led TransUnion's Crisis Management Program. I facilitated, edited and created Crisis Management Plans for both TransUnion's Domestic and International locations. I conducted table top and communication exercises with TransUnion's domestic and global locations.

Led the planning and implementation of Pharmacovigilance projects. Facilitated the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables. Defined project tasks and resource requirements. Assembled and coordinated project staff. Managed project resource allocation. Planned and scheduled project timelines. Tracked project deliverables using appropriate tools. Built a robust business continuity plan from scratch for Baxter's Pharmacovigilance Team. In the event of a natural disaster, pandemic or any other business disruption to Baxter Pharmacovigilance, I was responsible for ensuring that The Global Pharmacovigilance Team was able to initiate and run their business continuity plan.

Contacted Discover Networks top Value Added Resellers (VAR) and enrolled these top VAR’S into the Discover VAR Connection web site. Assisted in the Project Management of the VAR Initiative. Led cross functional Discover Operational meetings in order to obtain information and assigned project roles and responsibilities. Applied Six Sigma DAMIC tools to help facilitate the VAR Initiative project. Coordinated PCI Compliance with downstream and upstream partners.
