Loan Admin Supervisor
Current-Managed and mentored a team of 7 analysts whose primary responsibility was onboarding a multitude of mortgage products from ~90 unique prior servicers/banks.-Constructed a scheduler tool in VBA to execute cyclic responsibilities (e.g. reporting and compliance oversight/quality control reports). Taught team members to construct integrable reports to enable the fulfillment of new business/control needs through delegation.-Designed and implemented a new onboarding process in XML and Python to efficiently ingest thousands of correspondent and retail loans, meeting a new client's tight turnaround requirements.-Led strategic process improvement and cross-training for high-demand loan types, resulting in my team achieving a boarding rate 30% higher than the department average, and an accuracy rate of 98%.-Wrote dozens of SQL queries to promote better compliance and control through a combination of proactive insight into the mortgage servicing lifecycle and reactive problem solving.
