Implementation of supply risk mitigation strategies. The management of various long term mining and exploration programs in respect of key raw materials. The redesign of an optimal and integrated supply chain network through transport modelling, inventory simulation, facility requirements, business process engineering and cost trade-off studies. The ongoing review of existing SAP systems and technology to effect and support supply chain strategy. The ongoing management of Consol Glass recycling program nationally through the continuous investment and development of approximately 300 vendors and franchisees to achieve volume growth targets. Direct management and control of Consol’s internal and external warehousing and distribution operations nationally. Management and control of Consol’s inbound supply chain operations nationally and internationally. Modelling and economic forecasting of input costs for pricing and budgeting purposes.
