My 20 years experience in business development and proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing revenue makes me well suited to roles where new business growth is a key objective. My background and earlier career as a professional sportsman installed the discipline which is required to plan and execute successful sales and business development strategies. I am a results driven person and achieving my set goals and targets are all important to me.I have an honours degree in Financial Management and a CFP which ingrained in me the business acumen and principles required for leadership roles. I have experience in leading teams, from being 1st team rugby captain of my school and University (RAU) to leading and managing sales and account manager teams throughout my career. I lead by example and when my team members say they want to succeed for me, I have achieved my leadership goals.
