As a Software Architect at Banca Sella, I successfully led the transition to a microservices architecture in the backend, prioritizing DevOps principles and developer productivity. This involved implementing PlatformOps for standardized operations using tools like Azure Devops and api coding. I also introduced a self-service portal for developers, allowing them to easily provision, manage, and monitor their microservices. Additionally, robust Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) pipelines were established using tools such as Azure Devops, Git, and Docker. These improvements streamlined build, test, and deployment processes, ensuring rigorous testing and seamless deployments to production. The combination of PlatformOps, the self-service portal, and optimized CI/CD pipelines significantly improved developer efficiency, shortened time-to-market, and empowered developers to innovate and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Within Intesa Sanpaolo, my role entails designing and developing solutions to meet the business requirements associated with the bank's IT channels. Specifically, I am responsible for the complete lifecycle management of internet banking products. This includes overseeing the design, development, implementation, and ongoing management of these products. My main objective is to ensure seamless delivery and functionality on both the mobile app and website platforms. To achieve this, I collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders from various departments such as software development, user experience, and project management. By effectively coordinating these efforts, I strive to provide customers with a user-friendly and secure internet banking experience. During this project I had the chance to work with other teams located in different countries. Together we shipped the first working solution of Huawei Pay in Italy. My key responsibilities were related to the delivery of new features on Bancomat Pay section of the bank mobile app. As a Tech Lead I had to design the technical solution of the business requirements and manage development teams.

I was the mobile app responsible of 3DS payments. I had to develop solutions based on business requirement related to 3DS payments. My key responsibility was to design the solution related to the exposure of public API to third party providers. The main goal of this project was to fulfill the PSD2 requirements in order to publish core-bank services (like account information or payment service like SEPA credit transfer) on the PSD2 network.

I was the responsible of the development of the software architectural libraries that enabled the development of a set of Open API of the bank.The main goal of this project was to outsource some of the core-bank services in order to sell them on the market.My key task was to design the architectural solution in order to enable other team to develop open-api with standard asset and capabilities

I'm the team leader/scrum master for the Android mobile development.Full stack iOS/Android developer (Gen 2014 – today) I was the responsible and the developer of the Android version of the Uconnect LIVE mobile app. I managed the software architecture and the integration of external convenience libraries.Defect Manager (Jun 2014 – today) – I was the responsible of the defect and issues related to the iOS and Android versions of the Uconnect LIVE mobile app. I had to analyze the incoming bug reports and assign resolution tasks to the team. Release Manager (Jun 2014 – today) – I had to coordinate the release process of the Uconnect LIVE mobile app on both iOS and Android platforms.Team Leader (July 2015 - today) - I had to coordinate the development of infotainment mobile apps for Accenture clients.
