Jacopo Falleni is a mixologist, restauranteur, and man of passion. Widely known to be as complex as one of his carefully crafted cocktails, most people would agree its love at first sip when they drink him in. Growing up in Florence, Italy, Falleni and his family always wanted to share the very best things in life with as many people as possible. He learned at the early age of 14, that the right bar is a perfect place to do just that. After many years of dedicated formal study in world-class service and some surprising life experiences, he traveled from Florence to the United States in 2005 to pursue his drinkable dreams. After just a few years of perseverance, Falleni was the proud owner of two beautiful restaurant/martini bar lounges in Southern California.Jacopo has co authored the Cafe Firenze cookbook and has appeared in TV shows such as 'The Real Housewives of Orange County,' 'Life after Top Chef,' in addition to several morning shows. He is the resident mixologist on the podcast 'Drinking Made Easy,' with Zane Lamprey. Jacopo creates weekly cocktail recipes and pictures for his website www.jacopofalleni.com and is a contributer to websites such as liquor.com, foodchannel.com and more. More recently, Jacopo has been working on new restaurant concepts and has bottled his passion of creative specialty cocktails, soon to be on shelves near you. Jacopo has worked with several brands including but not limited to: Karma Tequila, Amoretti, Don Q Rum, Santa Margherita Wine, Diageo, POM Wonderful.
