Graduated in Milan in Philosophy, with a specialization in Pedagogical Sciences, I approached consulting thanks to the "Business & Management intensive program" at the MIP in Milan.As a Learning & Development consultant In OpenKnowledge, I dealt with Change Management and Digital Transformation projects, with a specific focus on learning: design and delivery of e-learning platforms, live bootcamps and digital learning paths (CMS, LMS); support for Adoption projects for new digital tools.I'm currently a Course Designer in Leonardo - EssilorLuxottica, in charge of designing and delivering learning experiences, starting from the Training Needs Analysis with the stakeholders, the selection of the most suitable format, the planning of all the activities involved, the coordination of the key actors, and eventually the delivery of the learning objects in line with the quality expectations.
