My experience in the security sector is strong so in the private sector as in the public one.As Security Manager I had the opportunity to develop my skills and my practical knowledge of security business in the private sector having to manage restricted budget to improve all the security measures.As Hotel Security Officer I learned to rely on my judgment and initiative during my shift that I ran alone, but also to work in teams, like during the events that we hosted in the hotel, in which I was responsible of the security team during my shift. Moreover I developed very good problem solving skills, time management and organization skills necessary to set prioritize working alone in a very busy environment and social skills as I worked with people coming from more than 20 different Countries.As a Commissioned Officer of Carabinieri force I developed good experience in leading people and in dealing with different kind of emergency in different environments; including working under pressure in high risk situations that required strong decision making capabilities, as the Italian mission in Iraq, where I was awarded by two written praises for the “good moral and military valor and for the abnegation and courage” demonstrated.About my education qualifications: After I graduated in the Carabinieri Academy as Commissioned Officer, tenth on fifty-five, I achieved an Advanced degree in Law focused on European Law. I completed my studies in Italy with a Post-graduated course in Communications and Conflicts Resolutions Techniques. Finally, I studied the Spanish Legal System as I homologate my law degree in Spain. I improved my knowledge of the Spanish Security sector studying a Master in Security which develops a lot of interesting aspects of public and private security.I am computer literate and I am fluent in English, Spanish and I am Italian mother tongue.I am holding a Security Manager (Director de Seguridad) licence.I am willing to relocate.
