Responsible for creation, development, implementation and monitoring of the digital strategy for several ecommerce and lead generation clients in utterly different industries. Hands-on experience in setting up new accounts from scratch and client management and facing. Individually responsible for:- Digital Strategy & Client Service: Developing/managing all aspects of the clients’ digital marketing strategy and campaigns.Communicate to clients and their stakeholders the value that digital marketing is bringing to their organisation.- Campaign & Budget Management: Developing, implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns with different objectives at different stages of the marketing funnel. Ensuring that the flow of implementation and management of campaigns is delivered at high standard by my team. Managing digital marketing budgets for clients (+€300k a month).- Team Management: Responsible for the workload and service delivered by my team to clients. Responsible for the overall performance of the team internally. Conducting training to higher up their skill sets.
