In my current role at DonadonSDD, I have the privilege of working for a leading Italian company in the production of safety devices for overpressure protection in industrial plants, such as rupture discs, explosion vent panels, burst indicators, and holders, with a history of over sixty years.My main responsibilities include:• Managing and developing the company's product portfolio, which includes customized bursting discs, explosion vent panels, safety valves, and bursting indicators.• Creating and implementing targeted marketing strategies to increase the visibility of our products among clients in the Oil & Gas, Chemical, Hydrogen, Pharmaceutical, Food, Energy, and Biogas sectors.• Collaborating with teams of engineers to understand specific customer needs and develop customized burst disks that meet their requirements for reliability, precision, and safety.• Building and maintaining lasting relationships with customers through attentive customer service and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in their industry.
