• Provide political analysis and political advice on democratic and human rights developments in the OSCE region, in line with relevant OSCE commitments. • Support and accompany/represent the Director in exchanges with OSCE structures, OSCE Field Operations, as well as partner International Organization, including the Council of Europe, the European Union, and the United Nations. • Develop and maintain extensive network and close relations with OSCE national delegations as well as OSCE senior management in all structures and field operations. • Edit and clear, on behalf of the Director, a high number of official publications, from election observation reports to ODIHR thematic guidelines and handbooks, in addition to public relations statements and other public materials. • Draft speeches and talking points for the Director’s high level events and meetings. • Ensure that Director's decisions and programmatic guidance are effectively communicated, coordinated and implemented across the Office, including through dedicated programmatic priorities. • Represent the Director on recruitment boards for senior ODIHR staff, and advised on human resource management issues and related challenges.• Contribute to fundraising efforts, in coordination with programmatic departments and by maintaining relevant contacts in national delegations.
