About Jacopo Pasetti

I'm a father, a husband, a passionate human resources consultant, a waterpolo player and a team coach. My professional career has been spent in HR companies with consolidated brands on national markets. My main responsibility included top customers relationship, new business development and people management.In March 2020 i founded with Katia Monti MIND THE TALENT.We support our clients in their human resources strategic decisions working for their talent selection, motivation and development.Becoming a partner for my customers helps me "to be in their shoes" in order to understand their real needs and to support them in reaching their targets.
