Operations Manager for Ribbon Consulting, a Hospitality Consulting Company based in Dubai offering tailored packages for Hospitality Start Ups as well as existing operations dependent on client requirements. Operational Management:• Close coordination with clients at the start / handover of each new project to ensure a smooth kick-off (i.e. For new projects, handover from new clients – existing/live projects )• Complete reverse Engineering of Negative Profit Concepts including financial analysis, strategizing and trouble shooting. • To support and closely work with Ribbon team on development of all Standard and Financial Operating Procedures as well as implementation at ground level.• To create and implement KPIs for all ground staff – also includes Financial KPIs for Management. • To set monthly Operational targets in order to drive business growth and provide periodical updates to clients on quarterly basis.• To closely work with Clients and Management of clients’ business areas such as Menu Development including Market List creation, Yield calculations, Recipe standardizations, Food Costing and suggestive / strategic pricing guides.• Complete Point of Sale Set Up and Ongoing Management.• Overall Procurement Management, Partner / Vendor pricing negotiations, setting up service agreements and maintaining a healthy working relationship.• Completing Feasibility Studies and projections for new Concept Development based on the targeted Hospitality Sector. • Responsible for assisting with the preparation of Annual Budgets for Clients based on predetermined feasibility studies.• Complete overview and presentation of P&L with Clients on Monthly basis including strategy meetings.• To participate in Operational staff HR related troubleshooting, resolving conflicts, disciplinary actions, leave approvals and general HR support.• Assisted Project Management, onsite management, construction overviews and adaptive problem solving.
