I am an ENP, Registered Public-Safety Leader, Certified Center Manager, and Certified Emergency Communications Specialist with over 14 years of project management & leadership experience with concentrated knowledge in learning management, training, operations, diversity & inclusion, and management functions. I am a result driven and structured individual with technical and analytical abilities. I am passionate about improving the quality of life for others and very committed to positively impacting the Public Safety ecosystem. My present role affords me with many opportunities to serve frontline users and administrators by providing them with the knowledge, skills and confidence to utilize and navigate technology to obtain data and improve workflows.As Training Manager at RapidSOS, I am able to combine all my life experiences in training, administration and operational fields of emergency communications and project management.I began his career in Emergency Communications in Lake Charles, Louisiana where I experienced unprecedented success. My success in Public Safety includes working with the LADOT, NTECC, and SafeCities -Schedule Express before joining RapidSOS as Training Manager. I am concurrently employed at Harris County ESD11 & continue to serve my local community. I possesses many significant certifications and Public Safety credentials including APCO RPL and NENA ENP, CMCP and ECS. I am a certified APCO and TCOLE instructor.
