Submitted and successfully defended extension of time and additional compensation claims amounting to 6% of the contract value in adjudication.• Successfully led the relocation of the company which included property acquisition and infrastructure development. Operations closed in Mahikeng in December 2017 and full operations resumed in Pretoria in January 2018.Quantibuild is a civil construction company with revenues of up to R 85 million and a workforce of 200 people. I reported directly to the CEO and oversaw all projects and yard activities with the Site Agents and and yard personnel reporting to me.
