• Complete understanding and working knowledge of all mechanical systems and refrigeration.• Responds to all IT and site infrastructure equipment alarms and executes repair and or mitigation.• Ensure that the critical environments are within the pre-determined setpoints for cleanrooms, and environmental chambers. • Perform other services determined necessary to maintain all mission critical related infrastructure.• Support site Scientist equipment and the facility needs to ensure continuous operations for critical equipment.• Complete preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems as established within department.procedures.• Remain available for an emergency on call rotation.• Provide guidance and training to personnel within my department.• Preventive maintenance and repair of boilers, Chillers, air handlers and Exhaust fans, also lab and kitchen equipment.• Perform other related duties as required and/or assigned to ensure continuous operations of the site HVAC systems.
