As a work placement student at Ryman, I apply my business administration and management skills to support the operations and customer service of the UK's leading stationery retailer. I work with a diverse and collaborative team to ensure the quality and efficiency of the business’s processes and products. I also contribute to the creative and marketing aspects of the business, using my graphic design skills to create appealing and engaging visuals for the store and online platforms. Before joining Ryman, I gained valuable experience as a housekeeping attendant at Merlin Entertainments, one of the world's largest entertainment companies. I was responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the attractions and facilities, as well as providing excellent customer service to the visitors. I learned how to work under pressure, handle different situations, and communicate effectively with different stakeholders.I am currently pursuing a T-Level in Business Administration and Management at NSCG Newcastle College, where I have acquired a solid foundation in various business disciplines, such as accounting, marketing, human resources, and project management. I am passionate about learning new skills and applying them to real-world scenarios. I am also interested in exploring the intersection of business and social impact, and how I can use my talents and knowledge to make a positive difference in the world. My goal is to develop my career in the business sector, while also pursuing my creative and humanitarian interests.
