As a representative at UMB Bank, I was required to be able to give accurate and detailed information in regards to the customer’s account. Also, I was required to be able to help troubleshoot the problems the customer had with their Debit/Credit card.I used my friendly customer service skills to provide a great customer experience for each customer.I utilized my math and problem solving skills to settle account inquiries and discrepancies. I effectively worked with the customer to get issues resolved and to get billings scheduled for repayment.

As a cashier, I was required to give the customer the best service and make sure they leave happy, and have a great Walmart experience. I had to be able to handle situations in a way that pleases the customer. I used my product expertise to provide each customer with friendly and fast service. I maintained a well-organized work area which enabled me to do my job efficiently. As a Cashier, I was part of the cash management team and was responsible for making sure all of the money is accounted for in the cash drawers.
