I actively conducted various types of inspections while evaluating energy efficiency in commercial and residential settings. I planned and conducted BPI certified home inspections, incorporated infrared camera, blower door testing, carbon monoxide air level, and gas fired system/appliance exhausts tests to determine safety and efficiency. I prioritized and recommended strategic measures as well as deployed efficiency measures such as programmable Wi-Fi thermostats, energy bridges, shower heads, aerators, and LED lights. As an inspector I negotiated with contractors on site to determine work scores quality, notified new scores monthly contractors, addressed any issues, and provided technical guidance as needed.
