Responsible for creating workflows, adding custom forms, training end users and assisting with support calls. • Administer and enhance EnAct Customer Relationship Management application for use across all areas of the bank, train end users and assist with support calls.• Administrator of applications including: Fiserv Premier Core, EnAct CRM, Business Process Manager Account Opening Platform, Retail Online Banking, Account Create Online Platform, Activity Exception Manager, Teller, Card Wizard Instant Issue, LinkLive Communicator and CheckFree Bill Pay. • Assist the CIO with IT issues.• Responsible for preparing the IT Committee agenda and taking the meeting minutes.• Project Manager for implementing Account Create Online Account Opening Platform, Retail Mobile Deposit, Business Mobile App and Mobile Deposit, Activity Exception Manager, AllData PFM, LinkLive Communicator and Retail Online Banking upgrade.• In addition to the Operations Applications Specialist role, acted as Interim Branch Manager from 10/23/2015 to 10/13/2016.
