Assist with collections once an account reaches a threshold that has been established by owner/management. Assist customers with maintaining current workers compensation certificates, certificates of insurance, and W-9’s. Works with third-party companies (Compliance Depot, NetVendor, Notivus, etc.) on behalf of our customers to maintain compliance within these systems. Assist sales teams in both cities with yearly trade shows (planning, purchases, set-up, and attendance).Running reports in QuickBooks online for sales teams and meetings.Customer relations visits at their properties to check in on quality of work and customer satisfaction.Skills UsedMultitasking, heavy organizational skills, computer skills, & critical thinking.
