Season 2016/17 - Pos: 4th P 46 W 21 D 13 L 12 PTS - 76Ryman Premier League, fan owned club. My roles consist of aiding and promoting the manager and assistant manager's decisions, promote their systems, tactics and set piece designs. Having positive player interactions working on their talent and how to utilise it within the 1st teams mission. Work very close with the goalkeepers in training and game day prep (Pitch assessments, opposition analysis and intense warm up routines) Have realised all members of the club are crucial and everyone has a part to play, I am lucky for the experience and insight whilst using my knowledge of my newly acquired UEFA B license and the experiences I gained from the FA GK B license course I attended in June 2016 (assessment hoping for December).

I assist with an 18 strong youth squad. My main duty is to design development pathways for the individuals, units and the team as a whole. Working in tandem with the Manager to develop and imprint the squad's understanding of our/the FA's Principles of play.I'm am very much enjoying this role and am thankful I am in a position to volunteer my time to the players and manager. (Who is educating me the Old School Lv3 terminology, quotes and insight that has been massively vital to my personal Coaching Development)This is also the Squad that benefit all of my FA Youth Award preparation.

Football & Education project officer;Assist the Project manager on a program designed for 16-19 year old's, the program is a combination of Sports based theory and football based practical. The Course provided is a B-Tec Level 3 in Sports, equivalent to 3 A-Levels. Within this role I personally manage a squad of 15 that train three times a week, not including a mid-week League fixture in the ECFA.Another role I have here at the Watford FC CSE Trust is the lead coach for the 13's and 15's Player Development Centre in Harrow. The main focus of the PDC is to prepare identified talent to enter the professional environment of Watford FC's Youth Cat 2 Academy. I have found planning sessions for individual development has progressed my personal coaching as the focus is not preparing a team as a whole. The FA youth Award and my research into Coerver coaching have been great resources to aid these players personal development.Also I assist in the running of The BEST project. The BEST project is a six week program aimed at KS2 children in Primary Schools. It is delivered to year five pupils and combines high quality sports delivery alongside interactive learning in the classroom, promoting healthy eating messages.

This motto was the centre of every meeting at any Starbucks we were all closest to, unless the Gaffa was already at one.

- Sessional delivery: Created and designed skill specific practices and environments for selected ages between 3 - 10 years olds. - Launched new venue for Midweek Futsal programme. - Built and designed database for new clientele. - Co-designed Marketing Plan for publications and distributed across a majority of the social media platforms. I enjoyed my time immensely at Turnstyles and with Nathan Eno, a true mentor!
