The Mobile Outreach Librarian works as part of the Harris County Public Library (HCPL) Programs, Partnerships, and Outreach Division team to provide virtual and in-person library services to partner and community facilities throughout Harris County. Position creates content for social media platforms such as YouTube, Twitter, and Instagram.

I create, organize, and run programs and events for teens. I make connections with the community and participate in outreach initiatives. I oversee the collection development of the YA materials and am the Social Media Manager of my library branch. I also coordinate a successful literacy program for children and teens at my branch.
