Within the first year of becoming a Foster Carer, I was awarded for my "outstanding achievement as a Newham Foster Carer", in helping children and young people develop resilience and flourish in challenging times.Health and Wellness is an additional passion of mine, having changed my health status through a change of diet and perspective. As Brian Tracy says, “Change your thinking, change your life”. I also provide consultation on how to engage with troubled young people effectively.
