I work well with teams to create results within time, budget and with quality.I have experience in multiple grant profile management, strategic planning, institution building, coaching and mentoring management teams, fundraising and financial resources management.I have extensive experience in NGO management and Higher Education Management.I’m passionate about education and gender concerns. These have been areas of special interest. I have done action research to cause changes at national levels. I’m proud of our engagement in the National land policy formulation process and contribution to the Lower Secondary Curriculum leading to inclusion of land tenure systems topics in Agriculture. I am a systems thinker and developer.
