- Provided administrative support to the head account, in charge of invoices for the clients and outof office investigators, bookkeeping for the entire company using QuickBooks software, also keeping track of bookkeeping in Excel spread sheets, keeping track of incoming payments / late payments, and managing petty cash transactions.- Making sure all field investigators in 38 states kept up to date on their licensing and paperwork, in charge of filing and organizing field investigators paperwork.- Assisted in the organization and execution of out of office job fairs and events.
