• Managing Accessories for Converse, New Balance & Moleskine for the UK Market.• Managing and supporting my Account Manager in their role, ensuring targets are met as well as the correct support is available.• Growing the business with Keys and Independents – action through sales meetings, sell through analyzing and store training.• Booking stock and forecasting FTS buy for the season.• Budgeting for each account on a seasonal and yearly basis – working closely with the Keys to ensure targets are met and product in store is selling through at a strong ROS.• Within my role I am also responsible for the merchandising of the showroom, pricing of the collection as well as SMU development for the season as well as exclusive’s for Keys where needed.• Communicating all updates with the relevant Brand teams, both Sales and Design, as well as our own Customer services and Accounts to ensure in season all codes, pricing and product is correct.• Working closely with our PR Company to ensure the correct product is being pushed as well as the Key story for each season – this is done through regular meetings as well as a full handover at the end of selling to ensure they have all the information required.
