Have over 10 years as a Certified Nurse's Assistant in many capacities; worked as a Home Health Aide with various clients and ages, I have worked on Skilled Units, Transitional Units, Nursing Homes and Private Duty, have worked in Front Desk Data Entry/Receptionist and Switchboard operator for over 5 years. current position is in management. Manage and Supervise the Family Service Component that consist of 5 Family Advocates, monitor Home visits, Parent Meetings and Parent Family Activities, conduct the Enrollment process by enrolling 3, 4 and 5 preschoolers for our Head Start Program and maintain full enrollment throughout the school year, setup interviews and sit on Interview panels for new hires and sit on the agency's Strategic and Implementation committees.
