With over twenty years of experience in commercial real estate, I am Senior Vice President, Asset Management - Operations at LXP Industrial Trust, a leading industrial REIT that owns and operates a portfolio of high-quality logistics assets across the US. In this role, I oversee the operational and financial performance of a diverse portfolio of industrial properties, totaling over 65 million square feet, and manage a team of regional and local asset managers, property managers, and leasing agents.I am passionate about delivering value to our investors, tenants, and communities, by implementing strategic plans, optimizing asset utilization, enhancing tenant retention, and maximizing returns.
