• Liaise with clients, warehouse department, freight forwarders, and suppliers for incoming shipment and cascading shipment pre-alert notification to the relevant stakeholders
• Liaise with clients and warehouse department for write-off approval after reviewing and discussing on the requests for write-offs
• Ensure all inventory management information is updated.
• Expedite urgent redressing and update of redressing status to clients

• Create return, local, imports, and direct purchase requisitions for buyers
• Ensure accuracy based on correct specifications such as quantity, product pricing, etc.
• Process allocation to stores
• Support purchasing daily routines
• Carry out other tasks as required to support vegetables, fruits, and central butchery warehouses
