Worked closely with direct reporting Director and completed the setup of our 1st APAC support centre in Manila and managed that team together with rest of Client Service Executives in APAC. And was awarded Omgeon of the Year 2002.

Handled all aspect of client support and travelled all over SEA, North Asia & Australia to implement TF suite of post trade Electronic Trade Confirmation solution. And got selected as the 1st candidate for an exchange programme to station in the London office and supported clients in Europe & Middle East.
