Jacqueline holds a bachelors degree in Administration with a major in Accounting and a Master of Arts Degree in Migration Studies, both from the University of Ghana. She is currently the Member Relations Manager (Ag. Executive Secretary) of the Ghana Association of Microfinance Companies (GAMC). She intends to continue exploring the fields in communication, protocol duties, public relations or international relations. She partook in a capacity building conference held by the African Center for International Law & Accountability (ACILA) on human rights for writers, editors and journalists. She is a Human Rights Defender.
